Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers any defects in our roofing installation services. If any issues arise due to our workmanship, we will fix them at no additional cost. This warranty ensures your investment is protected for the long term.

Please note:

• Our warranty does not cover damages caused by acts of God, such as hail, severe winds, or other extreme weather events.
• Skylights and other non-roofing structures are not covered.
• If any other contractor or individual modifies or works on your roof, our warranty will be voided.

Maintenance Requirements:

Regular maintenance is recommended to keep your roof in optimal condition. Failure to maintain your roof may void the warranty.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, issues due to improper maintenance, or any unauthorized modifications.

Transferability:

The warranty is non-transferable, meaning it is valid only for the original homeowner.

Inspection Clause:

We reserve the right to inspect any claims under the warranty to determine if it falls within the terms of workmanship coverage.
